FORMAT:

This is a two-day, 36-hole, two-tournaments-in-one event using 100% of Home Course Handicap, which is set as of the date of tournament setup. Saturday is a Team Variable Best Ball Tournament. Sunday is Flighted Individual Net Stroke Play; Saturday’s individual scores count towards each player’s two-day total.

SCORING:

Saturday – Non-Flighted Team Net Stroke Play Variable Best Ball Tournament: one (1) Net Best Ball on Par 5 holes; two (2) Net Best Ball scores on Par 4 holes; three (3) Net Best Ball scores on Par 3 holes. Teams consist of 4 players, “A”, “B”, “C”, and “D”. If a team is missing a player, the Tournament Committee will substitute scores for the missing player by using another player in the competition that has the next closest Handicap Index. Slow Play will result in a 2-stroke team penalty which will not carry over to Sunday.

Sunday – Individual Net Stroke Play, added to Saturday’s individual scores. Slow Play will result in a 2-stroke individual penalty.

TIES:

All ties on Saturday and Sunday, will result to Co-Champion winners.

All scores are posted by the Committee for USGA Handicap purposes, with applicable Adjusted Gross Score applied.

VOLUNTARY GAMES:

Saturday only – Net Team Skins. Entry will be $5.00 per player. (Individuals who opt out of team skins will not receive a share of any skins won by their team.)

Sunday only – Individual Flighted Net Skins. Entry will be $5.00.

Sunday only – Individual Gross Over-the-Field Skins. Entry will be $5.00.

If there are “No Skins Out”, each competition reverts to a Best Skins format.

Entry fees for these games are voluntary, and may only be paid in cash, at the check-in table, the first day of the tournament. The check-in table will close 30 minutes before the club’s final tee time; late arrivals will not be able to enter any of the voluntary games. (Entry fees for BOTH days are collected on Saturday.)
